I just put together a rather makeshift video about the new book that is about to be released by Stephen Requa: Calling All Angels which is about the murder of Jane Stanford in 1905.
In the video, I don't go into how she was murdered, who did it, how they covered it up, etc. All of that is covered in the book. What I talk about in the video is WHY they murdered her and what the ramifications were, and they were world-changing.
So, I think you'll find it interesting, but keep in mind that my narrative was done completely off the top of my head- extemporaneously- without even any notes. So, it's a bit choppy. But, I'd like to see someone else do better under the same conditions. I did it mainly to show Stephen how easy it is to do.
But, now that I've done it, I will put it up because it is an interesting story, and it does show how pivotal Jane Stanford's murder was to the whole course and direction of the 20th century, the bloodiest century in history. So, here is the link:
