No, Jim. That doesn't work any more. Oswald was not up on the 6th floor shooting at Kennedy. That means he had to be somewhere else, some spot; some location; he wasn't just floating in the ether. And that spot was the doorway. There is no place else he could have been, even theoretically. He wasn't in the first floor lunch room at 12:30 because he was there earlier, and he gave a reference to exactly when he was there; He said he was there when James Jarman and Harold Norman were milling around, which was at the start of the lunch break, according to their own testimonies, and certainly not at 12:30 when they were way up on the 5th floor. And he wasn't in the second floor lunch room at 12:30 either because he was just getting to the 2nd floor lunch room when Officer Marrion Baker first saw him at 12:31.5. HE WAS JUST WALKING INTO THE LUNCH ROOM. Get it? He was just arriving there! And he was walking into it FROM THE OFFICE SIDE. Not the northwest stairwell side but the office side, which means that he came up the one flight of stairs in the southeast corner and walked across the second floor to reach the lunch room. He didn't come down from the 6th floor; he came up from the 1st floor. The place that Oswald was at 12:30 sharp was the doorway, which is proven by the images, but it's also confirmed by the Fritz Notes, and frankly, there is no place else he could have been at that time. So, when you rule out the 6th floor, it reverts immediately to the doorway with no other stops and no other possibilities. It is carved in stone now that Lee Harvey Oswald was standing in the doorway when JFK got slaughtered. And you're the one who will have to deal with it- whether you like it or not.
