Look what Larry Rivera found: a view of Emory Roberts that is very similar to the Altgens photo.

They added that smudge to the Altgens6 photo to hide the fact that the head of the Secret Service detail charged with protecting the President was talking on the phone during the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It's time to issue the arrest warrants.
