Bok Choy is back!

We can only grow it during the cool season. But, what I do is take some low-sodium V8 juice, and I blend some raw bok choy leaves into it, using the Nutribullet. It comes out smooth as silk and tastes rich and spicy. Drinking it, I can feel the minerals and nutrients coursing into my veins. Be afraid, enemies. Be very afraid.
