The Wizard reminded me that besides the possibility that this is Oswald on the left, that on the right it's Fritz watching the frenzy as the Penguins do their thing.

Think about the significance of it. A man was shot. You would think at this point all his attention and interest would be directed towards this man- no matter who he was. But no, Fritz is ignoring Oswald and just watching the scuffle, or maybe I should say the shuffle, since they were shuffling Boohkout into the building. This is really terrible if you think Oswald was really shot at this point. But, he wasn't. His shooting was coming- very, very soon.
