Backes is so stupid, and he doesn't even know where he stands vis-a-vis Bookhout. Bookhout said that Oswald said that he rode the bus and cab.

Mr. BOOKHOUT - No; I don't recall anything along that line, but I can recall one subject matter probably in the first interview where he talked about his method of transportation after leaving the Texas Book Depository, having gotten on a bus, and then that subject was taken up again, as I recall, in the second interview, expressed the same answer at that time, and then subsequently to that interview he backed up and said that it wasn't actually true as to how he got home. That he had taken a bus, and due to the traffic jam he had left the bus and got a taxicab, by which means he actually arrived at his residence. 

Now, I don't assume that Backes thinks that Oswald was part of the plot to frame himself for riding a bus and cab. So, that would mean that Backes has to think that Bookhout lied in saying that Oswald said he rode the bus and cab. 

And if Bookhout lied about that, isn't it wise to consider that he probably lied about other things as well?

Wasn't Bookhout part of the whole framing of Oswald? Ah, duh, yes. 

Bookhout was definitely and absolutely an Oswald accuser; an advocate of Oswald guilt. So why, if Backes is an advocate of Oswald innocence, is he getting teary-eyed for Bookhout?

Well, this just exposes that Joseph Backes is a fake and a phony. And supporting Oswald accusers is something he has done repeatedly. He told Hank Seinzant, a rabid lonenutter, otherwise known as Joe Zircon, otherwise known as whatever his real name is, that he has his back. 

Why would a real Oswald defender do that? He wouldn't. He couldn't. BACKES IS A FAKE! He is a phony. He's a fraud.

And now, he's a Bookhout worshiper, even though Bookhout spits in his eye about the phony bus and cab ride.
