Gerry Simone Ralph Cinque, Canadian Telegram reporter Peter Worthington was there by fluke, and saw that it was Jack Ruby who killed Oswald. He even later reported on Ruby's trial. In fact, there are other film clips of Worthington in the back ground, but he's to the extreme left.

Ralph Cinque Gerry Simone How could a Canadian telegram reporter be able to recognize Jack Ruby? Based on what? No reporter claimed ON THE SCENE to recognize Ruby in the garage. Later on, with coaching, stories were changed. But, at the time, in the immediate aftermath, nobody said, "Hey, that was Jack Ruby. I recognized him." The name of Jack Ruby as the shooter was originated by the Dallas Police. Nobody but nobody said it until they said it.
