So, just to be clear, in the Wiegman film, they blurred the frames with Oswald:


But, this one, without Oswald, and with a figure that no one would take for Oswald, they left it clear, since it's not Oswald:



That obviously isn't Oswald, but I doubt it's Lovelady either. And regardless of who he was, he wasn't there. It is a phony image, inserted into the film. 


And it's not hard to do. Remember: the film is just a series of still images. So, you just put the image into one or more of the frames where you want it to go. 

So, this was just them doing more chicanery to sell the lie that Lovelady was Doorman. He was not. And even as late as April 1964, Lovelady refused to claim it. He refused to say it to Joseph Ball. And Ball must have freaked too. But, after that, they must have sent the ball-breakers to visit Lovelady, and let's just say they changed his mind.
