So, what was he doing there when this was supposed to be Oswald being walked 20 feet, put into a car, and driven away????
And how come Dan Rather has never discussed his presence at the Oswald shooting? After all, he was a reporter. That was his job. That was his skill. 

Either that's him or he had a double there at the Oswald shooting. 

Why hasn't he ever acknowledged his presence there? How come it wasn't acknowledged at the time?
