The Bok Choy is in!

Bok choy! In Japan, the Buddhist monks considered it a sacred food. In Korea, it was believed to confer wisdom. In China, they fed it to their warrior class. It is one of the oldest cultivated vegetables in Asia, going back 6,000 years.

In Texas, we grow bok choy in the winter since it likes cool weather. With a little luck, we'll have it until March.

To my adversaries, be afraid; be very afraid. Even the name sounds strong. BOK CHOY!
