I finally did something I should have done long ago: I put up this image of Penn Jones on the home page of the Oswald Innocence Campaign website.

Penn Jones was a first generation JFK researcher, a colleague of Harold Weisberg and Mark Lane. He wrote the four volume series about the assassination entitled Forgive My Grief, and he also published a periodical about the assassination entitled The Continuing Inquiry which came out throughout the 1980s.

Penn Jones was among the first to call attention to the mysterious deaths in the JFK case and to tabulate them.

And, Penn Jones was an early and enduring advocate of Oswald in the doorway. He persistently published articles about it in his newsletter, by himself and others. On the inside cover of Forgive My Grief IV, he published large the photo of Billy Lovelady commissioned by Mark Lane to show the world what he really looked like.

Penn Jones was a warrior in the fight for JFK truth, and we stand on the edifice of his vast labor. When all is said and done, he is going to go down as one of the heroes, as one of the giants.

This is the graphic I installed on the OIC website to Penn Jones. Thank you, Penn. We'll never forget you.
