This demonstrates a very valid point. The film jumps instantaneously from the left frame to the right one. But, it's impossible for the same photographer to have done it. On the left, the photographer was way behind the big cop. On the right, the photographer was in front of the big cop. It means that they are presenting as continuous footage not only two separate clips, BUT THEY WERE TAKEN BY TWO DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPHERS.

Knowing that, we can't make any assumptions about the two frames being related. We can't be sure it's the same situation. They could have been from two different times and two different places. We just don't know. What we do know is that this clip is an utter fraud.
