This is the second version of the squad room scene which did not appear until 2009 with the 3 Shots film. This is how it originally looked in the film, although later they changed it immensely: shortening it, speeding it up, blurring it up, and slimming Lovelady down via aspect ratio adjustment. But, this is how it originally was, although not this slow. This gif was done in slow-motion.
