To those with a medical background, can an unconscious patient maintain a fist? Oswald is maintaining a fist here, and it is more of a hammer hand, like when you are pounding something, such as garden soil or dough. Could Oswald do that if he was unconscious? I need to find images of people who are really unconscious, and that's hard to do.
