The tops of the heads do match, but that's only because they moved over the top of the head from the picture of Young Lovelady. But, look below that. For instance, look at the eyes. Lovelady has got a huge span between his eyes and his eyebrows; Doorman's eyes and brows are close together, as on Oswald.
Likewise, the nose, chin, ear, are different. And what about the clothes? Lovelady was posing as Doorman with his shirt unbuttoned, and those are the clothes he said he wore on 11/22.
They are not a match. But, these two match, in both the man and the clothes.
