It appears that no one got killed last night in that attack on Syria, and that is a big relief. Perhaps it's because Russia, as they claim, shot down 70 of the 103 missiles fired. But, in any case, it calls for a song. This one is from 1947 by Rube Bloom, who was a great songwriter. I have already done one song of his: Give Me The Simple Life. And there is another that I am thinking of doing called: Don't Worry About Me which became a Sinatra classic. But, this song is also very sweet and lovely, Maybe You'll Be There. The lyrics were by Sammy Gallop.
