What a crock of shit this is from Robert Oswald:
Mr. OSWALD. On page 12, "I do not recall everything he said. I did try to point out to him that the evidence was overwhelming that he did kill Police Officer Tippit and possibly the President. To this he replied do not form any opinion on the so- called evidence.'"
Mr. JENNER. Is that all he said? He said nothing else?
Mr. OSWALD. To that----
Mr. JENNER. In response to you?
Mr. OSWALD. That is correct.
Mr. JENNER. At no time when you interviewed him over the telephone while you were in that--the sixth floor--did he affirmatively deny either that he had shot Officer Tippit or that he shot the President?
Mr. OSWALD. He did not admit to anything whatsoever.
Mr. JENNER. Nor did he deny it affirmatively--other than the remark that you have recorded in your memorandum?
Mr. OSWALD. That is correct, sir.
Mr. McKENZIE. In other words, Mr. Oswald, when you were talking there with your brother, in the city jail of Dallas, he did not deny that he had killed Officer Tippit, nor did he deny that he had assassinated President Kennedy?
Mr. OSWALD. He did not admit to anything, sir.
Mr. McKENZIE. And he didn't deny anything?
Mr. OSWALD. That is correct.
What evidence was he referring to that his brother killed Tippit, and how could he possibly know it on Saturday November 23? It makes no sense that he would say that. So, I looked for and found another account of RO's interaction with LHO on November 23. It is from a Frontline interview he did for the 50th.
RO said he began the conversation inquiring about LHO's bruises.
What bull shit. At a time like that? Fuck the God-damn bruises. You talk about that later. It wasn't important. Bruises heal.
The next thing they talked about, according to Robert Oswald, was "family matters." FAMILY MATTERS??? His brother was charged with two homicides. Wasn't it a priority to talk about that?
Finally, RO asked what he should have asked immediately:
RO: Lee, what in the Sam Hill is going on?”
LHO: I don't know what they're talking about.
RO: Lee, they've got you charged with the death of the president and shooting a police officer. They've got your rifle. They've got your pistol. And you don't know what the Sam Hill is going on?
(Silence, as RO looks intensely into LHO's eyes.)
LHO: Brother, you won't find anything there.
BULL SHIT! Jesus H. Christ! I am pissed as hell at that God-damn mudder rucker. This is not credible at all. It is pure theater.
RO didn't say anything about helping Lee. He didn't say anything about getting Lee a lawyer. That is, until the interviewer forced the issue and asked that logical question about whether he sought to get Lee a lawyer.
"I asked him about this lawyer in New York … and I told him I would get him one down here, meaning in Texas. He said no, he wanted that one up there. I didn’t press it any further. He was seeming to be pretty adamant about it."
What??? Lee was adamant about doing a stupid thing, so Robert just let him? He was his brother! Lee had no means of getting a New York lawyer, and he needed a lawyer immediately. If he was being irrational about it, why didn't Robert stop him. He should have told him:
"Lee, you need a lawyer right now. You needed one yesterday. Forget about that fucker from New York. He's not coming here. I am going to get you a Texas lawyer, and don't say another fucking word about it. And keep your mouth shut until you've talked to him. You are not obliged to say anything. You got that?"
In fact, why didn't Robert Oswald start seeking a lawyer for his brother right away? I mean on Friday.
Ultimately, the official story of the JFK assassination depends on bizarre people engaging in bizarre behaviors, making bizarre statements, and having bizarre reactions. And it's all a bunch of blood-soaked lies.
People: Robert Oswald was not and is not legit. He was and is part of the conspiracy. He framed Lee, and they were not brothers. That is all a lie. And I think it's possible that Robert Oswald's actions could be construed as criminal. I am adding him to the list of living conspirators, along with George HW Bush, Ruth and Michael Paine, and Danny Arce.
