Patrick, nobody goes around Lovelady. Nobody reacts to Lovelady in any way. No one displays any awareness that he is there. No one glances at him, and that's big because glancing is a reflex. You glance at something in your visual field automatically if it is close to you. 

You see a man stepping to the side not because of Lovelady but to see inside the room to the right.

Nobody reacted to Lovelady. Nobody stepped around him. They would not have stepped around him without looking at him, and nobody looked at him. They were just getting in position to look into the room on the right. No one reacts to Lovelady in any way. And if you are going to argue otherwise, you need to post the frame in which he is reacting to Lovelady. Show me.
