If you look at the story of this clip, it doesn't make sense. Presumably, Lovelady was seated there before the procession got to the room. So, he heard it coming, and he saw it coming. As soon as they entered the room, Lovelady would have seen and recognized Oswald. And from the instant on, he should have stayed peeled on Oswald. 

Now, we don't see the first part of that. By the time we get into the room, the big cop and Oswald are already past Lovelady. But, we can still infer what must have happened. 

So why, as the clip begins, is Lovelady not looking at Oswald? Eventually, he starts twisting around to where he is looking at Oswald. But, in reality, Lovelady would have been peeled on Oswald throughout. So, the behavior isn't right. The behavior isn't real. The story is bogus.
