The grave of Lee Harvey Oswald

So, after robbing him of his life, they robbed him of his identity in death. Obviously, he wasn't Oswald the way Cher is Cher or Sting is Sting. He had a name. 

If you asked them, they would probably say that it was done that way in fear that people would ransack the grave. But, whose decision was it? Legally, it was Marina Oswald's. So, did she decide? I doubt it.
