Cakehead: Why would Oswald try to use Jarman and Norman as his alibi for the assassination? They were on the 5th floor during the assassination. And isn't that what they were going to tell investigators? It is what they told investigators. There are even two photographs of them at the window.
So, why would Oswald be stupid enough to use an alibi that he knew would be proven false?
He wouldn't. He used an alibi he thought would be proven true. He said he was "out with Bill Shelley in front" during the shooting. And Shelley was out in front during the shooting. How could Oswald know that unless he was there himself?
Now, it's true that Bill Shelley didn't confirm that Oswald was there in front but Oswald was framed. He wasn't just innocent; he was framed and innocent. And for him to be framed, they had to have people at the TSBD who would frame him. And Shelley was one of those people. Shelley was in on it. Shelley framed Oswald. Shelley lied.
