Ralph Cinque Robert, I see what you mean, but actually, what's happening there is that there are two hands. That thumb is a right thumb that is clasping a left hand. So, it's a right thumb going over a left index finger. It's freaky. I don't know whose idea it was to do this, but it is freaky.
