No, Moron. The guy we see is Hargis. Martin is in front of him, but we don't see him because of the thumbprint. 

How many times do I have to tell you that it's exactly like this?

 Will the Idiot deny that it's Martin we see slightly in front of Hargis in the image? It's the same way in the Moorman photo except that the phony thumbprint hides Martin.

This isn't that hard to grasp. It is fucking amazing that this idiot keeps making asinine statements such as:

No, Backes. I realize that the one cop we see in that mess is Hargis. But, buried there within the thumbprint is Martin.

Do you get it now? I am not saying that the figure of Hargis is really Martin. How many more times are you going to misstate it?
